Manage your account
The Account tab contains your account controls and links to related features. Guest access You can browse plans as a guest. Sign in to sync your eSIMs and account data across devices. Account features - Wallet & referrals: view SimSIM Coins and invite friends. - Language: choose English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, or the device default. - Currency: choose USD, EUR, ILS, or the device default. - Appearance: choose light, dark, or the device default. - Saved Cards: add, select, or remove saved payment cards. - Help center: open the latest support documentation. Sign out or delete your account Use the actions at the bottom of Account. Account deletion is permanent. Review the official Privacy Policy before deleting your account.
Change language, currency, and appearance
Open Account and choose the setting you want to change. Language Choose English, עברית (Hebrew), العربية (Arabic), Русский (Russian), or Default. Each language appears in its own script. Default follows the device language when it is supported; otherwise the app uses English. When the new language changes the text direction, for example from English to Arabic, the app reloads so the new direction applies everywhere. Currency Choose USD, EUR, ILS, or Default. Default uses the device currency when supported and otherwise falls back to USD. A currency choice changes price display; it does not change the plan or its data allowance. Appearance Choose Light, Dark, or Default to control the app theme.
Manage saved cards
If you are signed in, open Account → Saved Cards. Add a card Tap Add a card and complete the secure card form. The card appears in your saved-card list after it is saved. Choose a primary card Tap a saved card to make it the primary card for future checkout. You can still choose another available card during a purchase. Remove a card Tap the remove action beside a card and confirm. You cannot remove the primary card without choosing another card first. Saved cards are optional. You can also add a new card during checkout.
SimSIM Coins
SimSIM Coins are the in-app balance you can apply at checkout toward a SimSIM plan or top-up when the option is available. Use SimSIM Coins 1. Open checkout for a plan or top-up. 2. Tap SimSIM Coins or code. 3. Choose SimSIM Coins. 4. Review the discount and remaining total. 5. Complete payment for any amount that remains. SimSIM Coins and a discount or referral code cannot be combined on the same purchase. Applying one replaces the other. Your available balance and the amount that can be applied are shown in the app. Program rules, eligibility, and expiry are governed by the official Terms of Service.
Refer a friend
How it works 1. Open Account → Wallet & referrals. 2. Copy your referral link or code and share it. 3. Your friend signs up and enters the code at checkout. 4. They activate any plan — no minimum purchase required. 5. Your $1 credit reward becomes available 7 days after their plan activates. The app shows pending and rewarded referrals in your wallet activity. A referral reward may remain pending until the qualifying plan is activated and the eligibility period ends. Your friend receives 15% off their first plan (no minimum). Your $1 credit is issued 7 days after their plan activates. Referral eligibility and program rules are governed by the official Terms of Service.
